Our team is led by Michael Way, a Principal Environmental, Building and Pest Consultant, with more than thirty years of experience.

Construction
Our Building Surveyors are qualified to assess building compliance matters, manage projects, and work with certifiers to assist in the development process that often appears daunting to the proponent or other development stakeholder. Our skills also include being able to assess Geotechnical aspects of a construction project that can often be integrated with our Environmental assessments.
Property Inspections
We are here to ensure that due diligence inspections meet your needs, are conducted in accordance with guidance such as AS4349.1 and AS4349.3 by an appropriately qualified, experienced and licensed professional. As indicated above we undertake land condition reporting and site monitoring works. The combined skills of the environental science consultant team, the building surveyor team and structural pest specialists, provides our clients with a unique opportunity to understand the risks and liabilities inherrent in a property - by using the integrated and coherent services of one consultancy.
